Marie Françoise ROUAULT DEVILLERS

I come from the “Breton” land, I have the “traveler” spirit; My professional experiences are characterized by agility and cross-fertilization: dropping out of college after the 6th grade, a primary school certificate, a CAP as a community employee (what we called “domestic school” …), then my childhood dream came true … and this without secondary studies (I entered the nursing school at the Assistance Publique de Paris (Bichat Hospital), thanks to an entrance exam although I had no secondary studies.

After a summer stay in the Hautes Alpes, and my nursing diploma in hand (January 1974) I left to live and work in Grenoble. But I quickly got bored so I left for six months with my backpack and crossed with two friends, the USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama to Peru.

When I got back, I decided to do the training of Nurse Anesthetists. With my diploma in hand and two years of experience in this profession (Cardiac and Vascular Surgery, Shock Therapy in the Emergency Department of the Grenoble University Hospital), and despite my passion for this profession, I felt cramped again. So I decided to go to the Grenoble Institute of Political Studies. Not having the baccalaureate, I took the 3rd route exam… summary score 14/20 (I didn’t know what that was…) and during an oral entrance exam, I was recognized as having “high potential”.

Graduated from the IEP of Grenoble in 1987, and having become the mother of a little boy in 1986, I left for 6 months in English-speaking Africa (Kenya, Uganda). At the end of this journey, I was recruited in a departmental territorial administration (Ex. DASS), in Hauts de France. After three months, I got a promotion and became deputy director; in charge of implementing the RMI policy, the departmental social service and the PMI (two reforms that I had proposed to the Departmental Council were voted in 1990: Adapted housing measure for the deprived and the training program for childminders.

After a year and a half, I realized that this environment was really not for me, so I resigned and left the hospital and territorial public service status.

I then spent 9 months at Paris VIII and obtained a DESS in Consulting in Organization and Conduct of Technological and Social Innovations. Ready for a new professional adventure, I knocked on the door of Bossard Consultants and was recruited in the Public Service/Health department. Finally, I discovered my true path/voice… Management and organizational consulting that I learned through apprenticeship. It is finally the royal road for me to this day. I created my own consulting firm (Betsabeh PLURIEL CONSULTING), in August 2006 (change of legal name in December 2019 (MFR Consulting. Trade name: B. PLURIEL CONSULTING).

In parallel with this very “rational” path, I continue to trust my intuition and “heal” my emotional intelligence. I experiment and study several personal development techniques: rebirth, reiki, hypnosis, Jungian psychology (5 years of dream analysis), shamanism.

In 2018, I became certified in Appreciative Inquiry (IFAI) and then certified as an EMCC coach in 2020. In 2021, I trained in Neuroscience with David Lefrançois, who directs the Institute of Neuroscience in Tel Aviv;

Over the past five years, I have traveled to India, Africa, America, the Middle East, where I have had the pleasure of discovering the value of traditional, nomadic, Amerindian, shamanic, Indian, Hindu, Muslim cultures…where I always feel at home – the East rather than the West. And I make sure to take this into account in my business coaching services, both individual and collective.

My professional experiences offer me the privilege of working with very varied environments thanks to my methodological expertise; I therefore work with all types of manager profiles:

  • Polytechnicians on Supply Chain missions in the world of logistics and transport (Géodis Solutions, Stef TFE, SNCF commercial branch: 6 years)
  • Various health professionals (ES directors, all categories of hospital doctors, senior managers and caregivers, engineers, etc.) (ANAP, Health Establishments: 20 years)

  • The management of global sales training (professional products division and that of L’Oréal Luxury), where I contribute to structuring the Sales Academy (8 years) and designing their business model
  • The teams of the ministerial oil departments of African countries… (Congo, Chad, Burundi, Ivory Coast…) that I train in project management. And this thanks to the trust of partners such as SN Afrique Elite and TriCompétences.
