For three days, Ms. ROUAULT DEVILLERS accompanied us on an audit of our Department of Petroleum Studies, and of the projects in progress, knowing that there were 19 of us benefiting from this action training, in November 2021, in Paris (department director, sector directors, engineers, executives, management controllers and agents). TOURISM SECTOR In May 2020 during the lockdown, I started training on “the fundamentals of project management and project management”. In truth, it is really business coaching, based on a transfer of tools, support for the application of these tools to the project that I have, but also a professional and personal development approach. The aim of this training was to increase my knowledge and improve my skills in the field of Project Management. It also allowed me to start my personal project. Moreover, without this support, I would not have made as much progress on my project. Indeed, I rely on my project to move forward, develop my knowledge and know-how and be proactive about what I need to do to succeed in my project. From the beginning, Ms. ROUAULT DEVILLERS has allowed me to dive straight into the heart of my personal business creation project. She demonstrates remarkable competence and knows how to be patient and attentive to her client. Dedicated, she ensures
that the planned actions move forward, in line with the tools and methods she gave me and in line with my personal and professional objectives that I wrote through my project charter: framework, organization, retroplanning, etc. Her professionalism has also allowed me to move forward much faster than I thought. To date, I have been able to develop a lot of skills and I plan to develop many more until the end of this coaching, which will take place normally until the end of 2020. I am also integrating the reading grids of self-knowledge and taking stock, at my own level, of the changes that I must integrate to move forward on my project.
